- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

- Perishable items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refund Method:
- For prepaid orders: refund will be issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD): refund will be sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet (e.g., Easypaisa/JazzCash)
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or incorrect)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
